These terms of use are a draft. They create no rights or obligations and are not the actual contractual terms of an offering. Binding terms only arise after legal review and involvement of the responsible entity; they will then be published in a new version.

2) Application to the prototype

benefy is a prototype in testing. This applies in particular to the following limitations:

Features are for demonstration and can be changed, paused or discontinued at any time
There are no live tariffs; calculators use your own inputs and simplified assumptions
There is no entitlement to availability, freedom from errors or continuation of the offering
Entries are processed only in the browser and are lost when the page is closed

3) No advice, no binding information

All content, comparisons and calculations are solely for information and illustration. They do not constitute insurance advice, legal advice or an invitation to conclude a contract. Only the documents of the respective insurers are binding.

4) Changes to this draft

This draft is a work in progress. Content and scope may change without notice. Only the terms published and legally reviewed at that time will be binding for any future offering.
